Cardio Kickboxing is created for the modern warrior in you. The movements are based off of Kickboxing and other forms of Martial Arts to make you feel like you're ready for the cage. Feel how the fighters feel by movements giving you a full-body workout.  High-tempo Aerobic  moves and lots of fun.

This class helps you find balance, not just on the ground but in the body and mind. Use these Isometric, weight-bearing movements to build strength in muscles you never knew existed and yes, even bones. Improve circulation by the fluidity of the movements and acquire great posture and coordination through the technique. Tension and free-tension fluidity movements.

This is a themed class with random exercise movements and functionality. If you want to burn those calories by LOL'ing and "workout" without realizing it, this one's for you. This class is full of surprises and to put bluntly, it's all for Fun. Themes will be presented before classes.

Stretching is the most important part of the day. We'll get you going right and ready to conquer your ambitions. Let's prep that body with some blood flow and oxygen to the brain. Only 15 minutes long, this class will help those stiff muscles.

Are you looking for a workout to get back into fitness? Are you a Senior that just can't move like you used to? This class is designed for you. No cardio or high impact movements and we use a chair for support along with exercise moves. Maintain that body and get certain aspects of your life back.

This is a combination class.  Build skills of coordination, focus and strength with movements of punching, blocking, bobs, weaves and more. Get your sweat on!

Sometimes you gotta just hit something, but let's do it in a controlled environment. But seriously studies show how physical action can release pent up anger, tension and stress. So let's get it out! We end with meditation or some time for you to recharge.

This is an Advanced training class for people that want to sweat and possibly puke. The exercises are driven to keep you challenged and maintained. Aerobic, Cardio, Full-body workout.

We aim to provide great Fitness classes for you. In doing this we think outside the box and don't stick to the trendy guidelines. We want you to get a good workout, but we also want you to do it with a smile on your face. Active Health to us, means having a better quality of life. And that is our responsibility to you. There is absolutely no judgement here and a healthy body has a variety of shapes.
