This is exactly what it sounds like. This short class is just so you don't have an excuse to skip stretching. Very simple head to toe poses to keep that body in check. All up-right (standing) poses.

Get a better quality of life with this class. We go over All sorts of movements and exercises for functional health, emphasizing blood flow, balance/stability, strength, mobility, flexibility and more.

It's finally time to shake off that winter rust. Lets get those joints lubricated, body in check and a smile on that face. We are offering a full fitness workshop in a three part session. Well start out with Tai Chi like movements and stretching for blood flow and circulation. Next, we will do some simple functional exercises to stimulate those muscles and loosen tendons. Last, we'll end with a powerful and fun kickboxing portion to sweat a bit, boost those endorphins and relieve that stress. There is no background in fitness needed and it is designed for ages 18-80+
