"Basic" Self Defense Skills
Very Basic moves and techniques for beginners. A great intro class.
"Sun & Moon" Couple's Self-Defense
Created for a fun, less threatening way to learn self-defense. Sun & Moon explores strikes, pressure points, grabs and even ground scenarios.
Jian "One Strike" Self-Defense
Our Jian Self Defense was designed to take down the opponent in the most effective way. We go over statistics, basic concepts, tools, scenarios , body placement and more. Designed to educate about rape, action and avoidance. Presented in different course types for Women only & Men only.
Niu "Bull"Kids Anti-bullying/Safety
This course has 2 subgroups;
-Young Niu Anti-bullying & Safety for 7-12 year olds, which goes over discussions on strangers and what to do when attacked or taken as well as how to handle bullies.
-Niu Anti-bullying course for ages 12-18 years of age. This cover discussion on bullies, coming of age and how to handle certain scenarios.
"You Are the Storm"Self-Defense
More advanced techniques with an applied theory that anything goes. It goes over how to use your body as a weapon and shield alike.
Stress Relief

Join us for a fun and powerful seminar to get rid of that pent up ball of stress. This course is designed for every level of fitness from young adults to seniors that want to just hit something. We will guide you in specific techniques of deep stretching, breathing, flowing chi and striking. You will walk out feeling invigorated and ready to take on any obstacles!
Fall Prevention
This Seminar is designed for you to become more aware of your surroundings, avoidance and proper technique to get from point A to point B without falling. Designed for Senior citizens.

This Couple's Self Defense Seminar is designed to get some hands on training in the most comfortable and fun way. We will go over technique, strategy, striking, throws and ground tactics. Saturday April 18th, 12:30-1:30pm.
​It's finally time to shake off that winter rust. Lets get those joints lubricated, body in check and a smile on that face. We are offering a full fitness workshop in a three part session. Well start out with Tai Chi like movements and stretching for blood flow and circulation. Next, we will do some simple functional exercises to stimulate those muscles and loosen tendons. Last, we'll end with a powerful and fun kickboxing portion to sweat a bit, boost those endorphins and relieve that stress. There is no background in fitness needed and it is designed for ages 18-80+
